Apparently, this is Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, which debuts for the ADD-addled children of America on February 27th; clearly, being a man dressed as a bug riding a motorcycle will only get you so far, which is why they added some dragons to the mix. Delightfully, the budget was clearly spent entirely on monster and dragon CG effects, with virtually nothing left for the actors, which is why they hired the cardboard cutouts seen in the clip above.
