Jealous of the Liberty-beheading behemoth that trounced its East Coast sister city in Cloverfield, it looks likes an attention-hungry Los Angeles is injecting itself a monster of the tinier kind—a virus, specifically. This YouTube clip—labeled only Case 1017—has been making the viral (!) marketing rounds; the bitter sleuths over at Defamer have deduced that its an early tease for Quarantine, Sony's big fall disease horror flick, which just happens to open October 17th.
