The Incredible Hulk Cashes In Incredibly on Iron Man's Popularity

I know I swore I wasn't going to post any more Incredible Hulk trailers or TV spots, but Marvel finally did something different with this latest one—they begin the damn thing with Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark. It's not even that big a deal—it's not like he's in the armor or anything—but I'm literally clapping my hands together in joy, like a small child. Although that's got to be kind of depressing for the Hulk that I'm more interested in seeing Iron Man's cameo than Hulk's entire movie.

hooray for Marvel Studios building the Avengers franchise, but let's be realistic: think of how difficult an Avengers movie is going to be to make. Marvel is already slated to film Captain America and Ant-Man, which leaves Wasp and Thor as untested waters. Let's hope that whoever gets hired to direct gets the biggest film budget in history...

I mean, is Hugh Jackman really doing all that much???

Wouldn't wasp possibly be in the ant-man movie?
Anyway, stark cameo is the main reason im seeing The Hulk myself.
Posted 06/09/2008 at 01:18:35 PMWell, I just saw the Hulk movie, and the Downey scene was not much longer than that...unless they cut a piece out like they cut Sam Jackson out of the sneak peeks of Iron Man. So don't go see it for Downey. But see it because it's an awesome movie. Seriously. Almost Iron Man good.
And they're planning a Thor movie, too, aren't they? It'll be tough, but a period Cap movie will be tougher. And if they pull it off like these two...
