Batman and the Joker Just Don't Get Along

Courtesy of Domino's Pizza, here's yet another trailer for The Dark Knight, this one 2 1/2 minutes long, full of yet more footage we haven't seen, and it may actually be the most awesome trailer yet. I'm half afraid we've seen the entire movie at this point, but if so, I guess we can rest assured that it's going to be pretty damn good. "Hit me!"

Holy Crap.
Posted 07/01/2008 at 06:27:33 AMI am speechless. I am without speech.
My girlfriend has two teenaged daughters. And they loved Heath Ledger. And they get all angry and sad whenever these trailers come on TV.
"That movie killed Heath Ledger," they say.
Thus proving that teenaged girls are the second stupidest category of human being (right after teenaged boys).
Posted 07/01/2008 at 07:11:43 AMKevin Smith (over on his blog via Myspace) saw an early release...He's quoted in saying something to the effect..."Its the God father II of comic movies..."
Posted 07/01/2008 at 07:37:18 AMThus proving that Kevin Smith is completely full of horseshit.
This film is going to be the Citizen Kane or Gone With the Wind of comic movies.
Posted 07/01/2008 at 08:43:21 AMIt's going to be the 1966 Batman of Batman movies.
Posted 07/01/2008 at 09:18:43 AMIf this is actually the insane masterpiece everyone who's seen it says it is then this is probably the best summer we've had in a long time for movies.
Posted 07/01/2008 at 10:20:03 AMI would have to agree with Zac.
Posted 07/01/2008 at 12:20:12 PMIf this movie is half as good as the previews look and with Iron Man being as good as it was, this might be one for the books.
Heath Ledger should seemingly be up for an Oscar judging by the freaking trailers.
What an amazing job!!!
who would posthumously accept his Oscar? The Olsen twins?
Posted 07/01/2008 at 12:59:22 PMThe clever thing is, no matter how many trailers they put out...if you look carefully it's rare they'll use more than a few seconds of new footage, or a line of dialogue. If the trailers and early screen reviews are anything to go by, I don't know if our summer-movie-inclined minds can handle what this film is about to bring O________O;
Also @ cKHAVIKk
We can hope they have the decency to appoint Michelle Williams or Jake Gyllenhaal :p
