• Simply awesome.

• Holy crap, I wouldn't know Metal Gear Solid from a friggin' hole in the ground, but that video still made my day. XD Zenigata had to be my favorite... Awesome, absolutely awesome.

• Zach: Awesome job finding this video. The ninja was formerly known by the code name of Grey Fox and was the friend of Solid Snake who would turn on him. He was the final boss that Solid Snake fought in the second Metal Gear video game (which had finally been released in the US along with <i>Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - Subsistence</i>. In <i>Metal Gear Solid</i>, from which most of the references are from, Grey Fox makes his reappearance as a cyborg (his name in the video there is "Cyborg Ninja") by cutting off the hand of Revolver Ocelot after you as Solid Snake battle Ocelot in the first boss fight. Grey Fox, however, has not really taken to his new body and has gone a bit loopy. During his first appearance in MGS, after he cuts off Ocelot's hand, he begins to walk away and he experiences some intense pain that makes him scream out as he writhes in agony. Later, after you finish fighting him, but don't kill him, he again has some problems and falls to his knees and proceeds to bang his head on the ground, which is what you see in the above clip. Haven't played the third game yet, but, as you can tell, I'm a pretty big MGS fan. I also loved that old Lupin theme and saw it countless times on [AS] along with that cool commercial featuring the intro sequence.

• For MGS fans who don't know Lupin, Lupin (Snake) is a pervert thief whose only weakness is naked ladies, Jigen (Ocelot) is a marksman badass who can hit any target, Goemon (Ninja) is a master swordsman who can cut anything (even planes) in half with his magic sword, and Fujiko (Meryl) is a sexpot thief.

• Fantastic.

• I know nothing about Lupin, but just enough about Metal Gear Solid to appreciate this clip. Revolver Ocelot randomly losing a limb was fantastic.

• I love Lupin, so I got all of the "MGS guys doing Lupin gags" jokes, but I don't play MGS, so I didn't get all of the MGS humor. I'm sad. Like, why did the Ninja guy not cut the stealth bomber in half? Did he have a short circuit or something? I have to know! I'm also sad that Zenigata (my favorite) was limited to a single head shot.
