That's the new international trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, full of new footage which could be totally awesome if it wasn't shown for about a 10th of a second each. Still, as /Film points out, Warner Bros. has their A team making trailers for Harry Potter, because they're always pretty awesome no matter how the actual film ends up.
Off-topic, but anyone who re-cuts this trailer with footage of the singer Prince will win a shiny nickel and my eternal admiration.
