Or maybe he's just jealous because he wants a signal too. (Via Super Punch)

Haha, you fools! It was I, Namrepus the human steel worker! I have to say, the comments are much funnier then then the image itself... nice trolling gentlemen.
-
really does it matter if its wrong, get a life

Not one of Superman's strengths. I wonder if he ever goes on roid rages?

Or maybe Superman is smart enough to recognize his own logo whether or not he's flying above it or below it. "Great Scott, someone's in trouble - oh wait . . . that "S" is backwards. Screw it then."
-
The S is wrong. Imagine you were the beam of light, if you were inside the spotlight, looking at the S, how would you see it? You'd see it wrong, and that's how it would be projected. Now, as someone else mentioned, the image would never hit the clouds. If you knew anything about photography you'd understand, the image is faaaaaaar too close to the light source for it to still be legible 10,000 yards away; if you really wanted to project a shadow onto a cloud, you'd need a 'light cannon,' a spotlight with an incredible distance between itself and the template it'd be projecting. Come to think of it, they'd have a better chance projecting it thru a lense, but hey...there might be a lens in that projector. Anyway. Batman sucks. Wolverine FTW.

s means Snoop Dogg right?
-
Since Bizzaro has the backwards "S" symbol, would this be Bizzarowned?
-
or maybe it's supposed to be backwards because superman would be ABOVE the clouds it would be projected on. or maybe you should all get over yourselves and find something better to do than argue on the internet about irrelevant questions.
-
the image will not be reversed...it will be completely burred beyond detail because the light will diffuse in the atmosphere. If not for that, then, yes, the logo would be reversed. don't believe it? cut out a little 's' shape, hold it in your hand facing the ceiling, and look at it. Then, move it towards the ceiling, mimicking the light beam coming from the spotlight. As soon as it passes your eye level, guess what? It's reversed.

blah's post is sooooo smrt!

I'm with Arcane.

*a bunch o' fags*
-
lol guys, it doesnt matter which way the is is flipped, it still will be seen correctly cuz its 3 dimensional. think aboot it
-
I thought it was funny until I read the comments section
-
Mmm, I love it when you guys talk nerdy.
-
I disagree. I didn't think it was funny UNTIL I saw that the S was wrong.
-
It is still funny, just also technically wrong. It can be both
-
The idea was that it was supposed to be funny, not that anyone needed to state the obvious mistakes...
-
Yeap, you're right Triple owned!!! or somenthing.... heh
-
No, it's still wrong. The S has to be forwards from the viewpoint of the spotlight, not the viewer. Think about it. There's a beam of light. You're going to cut a hole in that beam in the shape of an S. The S, like a stencil, is therefore going to be forwards from the viewpoint of the bulb, and backwards from the viewers viewpoint.
-
Mmmm , did they fix the image? because it seems correct now , the image would be projected correctly and not backwards
-
Perhaps it's not Clark that did it, but rather . . . Bizarro. Think about it.
-
Once again, LBD "Nytetrayn" is the voice of reason.
-
Given it's a quick sight gag and not part of the long-running Batsignal Crisis story arc, I'm guessing it was simply more immediately recognizable what was going on by doing it this way. --LBD "Nytetrayn"
-
Then again, Clark isn't renown for his thought processes :P
-
Aha! So it was Bizarro!
-
Actually Roger is right. Batman's symbol is symetrical so it doesn't matter, but the S sheild needs to be flipped backwards in order to bee seen correctly.
-
Haha, and it's upside down.
-
Um no its not, think a bout it...
-
So... I hope whoever made this realizes that the 'S' is going to be projected backwards... Take that, Clark. Double owned?
