Apparently, this is some kind of Easter egg for one of the 3-D Mortal Kombat games--a delightful treat known as "vagina boxing" among gamers. Wonder How To says it only works with women--I kind of hope that means because only they have vaginas, because if you can't perform this move on the men, this is about the most insanely misogynist thing I've seen in quite some time.

This video is from MK:Shaolin Monks and is the end of a two-player versus match. Cage can do that fatality against any character, not just female. Here he does it against Baraka - http://tinyurl.com/7rddyj. I suspect that gametesters didn't really foresee that fatality being used against Kitana due to:
1) Cage and Kitana both require unlocking
2) The Versus mode in MK:SM really kind of sucks. The game shined in coop mode though.
The MK:SM fatalities are worth watching though. They really go over the top in a amusing yet ridiculously violent fashion, even compared to previous MK games.
