• ocarina of time is the prequel for a link to the past; ganon being locked away in the sacred realm at the end of ocarina and released at the start of a link to the past. other than that continuity is pretty much non existent, though i BELIEVE there are time lines out there that attempt it.

• Initially it was said that it was the prequel to the original Zelda games. However, later interviews with the creator claimed otherwise. At this point, it's just safe to say the chronology is whatever the fuck you want it to be, which follows with the original game's goal to be like "kids in the woods with sticks playing make believe". Zelda has officially become a brand and not a series, much like Final Fantasy, but with some common plotlines.

• Potentially LttP takes place before the original LoZ, thus being its link to the aforementioned past. Link's Awakening is the bridge between either this and original or original and Adventures of Link.

• So today we get a Lilo and...cross-stich? Seriously, this thing rocks. I think all 8-bit games should have patterns available!

• I am totally with Prion on this one. This week's FFF is particularly ... well, words that should not be used in polite company. Also, a cross-stitch of one of my favorite Zelda games map's is always noteworthy. Let's hear it for Hyrule! (Anybody know where this game happens chronologically anyway?)
