• The fact that Korgoth of Barbaria didn't get picked up while Adult Swim is brimming with truly awful and unfunny shows is a travesty of Firefly-esque proportions.

• I'm hoping that it will be slightly reminiscent of Monty Python's style of humor... in the vein of Holy Grail, specifically... if not I won't be dissatisfied, because let's face it, anything will be better than Carlos Mencia and Dane Cook stand-up specials.

• Say what you want about Rhys-Davies, he got in on sliders when it was awesome and jumped ship the second it turned bad. I'll give him props for that at least.

• <i>He picks his projects with the utmost care and discrepancy, that Rhys-Davies.</i> Yeah, I'm willing to give it a shot based on...wait, is that sarcasm?

• I liked non-picked-up Adult Swim pilot <em>Korgath of Barbaria</em> better in this vein; it had a very nice Ralph Bakshi-like quality to the animation that fit the low-fantasy genre a bit better than live-action.

• She's hot, I want to see "everything".

• So far, none of the clips of this show has made chuckle. But I love the premise and I hope once I watch an episode I'll actually get some genuine laughs. • Hercules/Xena were already pretty campy to start with. Parodying shows that didn't take themselves seriously from the get-go doesn't really seem useful.
