I'm still so fucking mad about this Transformers 2 shit that I'm in actual pain. I have to calm down. Have a drink. Play some Prototype. Kill many, many digital innocent civilians.
And that means ending my work day, so here you go -- a bizarre mash-up of the Ghostbusters theme song and Nine Inch Nails' "The Hand That Feeds" set to footage from Extreme Ghostbusters, found by king of Twitter Agent M. The song is pretty goddamn amazing, but the video portion seems to just give out after a while. I can't worry about that now. I gotta go. Thank gos Heroes isn't on tonight, or I'd go on a nerd rage killing spree tonight.

Who was the Ghostbuster in the wheelchair? I mean I know the producer's hearts were in the right place but that never made sense. It would be like a firefighter rolling around fighting fires. Maybe I'm just an asshole.
Seriously though, I think you should do a list of the greatest wheelchair bound heroes. There's Professor X, Oracle, Chip Chase, Joe Swanson. I know there's more than that.

The Ghostbuster in the wheelchair was Ray Stanz, if I remember correctly.
And I second JOE's idea for an article. There are quite a few wheelchair bound characters.

In Alan Moore's Top Ten comic, one of the panels has a group of people in the background waving signs that call for better wheelchair access: "Access for all!" and "Ramps for wheelchairs!" were the slogans.
The characters were Professor X, Oracle, Niles Caulder (chief of the Doom Patrol), and a Dalek.

Aha! I stand corrected. I don't know why I was thinking that was Ray.

#1 has to be the boogeyman. He was so creepy scarey and awesome at the same time.
#2 Sam Hain the pumpkin head guy from halloween related events was bad ass too
#3 The sand man was cool
There were some trolls that wanted to tempt a kid into doing bad things and he then began a troll ... awesome
They even had a pedofile creepy ghost too.... the list goes on and on

I love Nine Inch Nails.
That being said, With Teeth was a pretty mediocre, disappointing album, and "Hand that Feeds" is a fucking awful song. The lyrics in that song could have literally been written by a 13yr old.
Sorry, but if you set high standards with your work, everything after that is going to be held to those standards...

I think the pedofile ghost was the one tempting the kid into doing pranks. He was a Grendle or something like that and he wore a black trenchcoat and hat. The trolls were in a different episode where they took over the bridge until the Ghostbusters found a troll that ran away.

This mash-up has been kicking around for a while, as well as many others mashed-up with Ghostbusters. It turns out that Ghostbusters is the most basic thing out there and mixes well with anything else in 4/4 time.
There was one mixed with "Closer" that was pretty good. You haven't heard the GB theme until you've heard the words "I want to fuck you like an animal" sung to it.
I just finished the Ghostbusers game (it was great!) and this is a fun thing to see on TR. One of the little in-jokes in the game is that on Egon's workbench in the basement, you can see some Extreme Ghostbusters gear, as well as some Real Ghostbusters gear.

Joe,
Yea I think you are right. But the cartoon had so many good creepy stories, etc. Even the random ghosts were awesome. I hope they use some of these characters in the third movie!

Eh. I was hoping for more editing in the video. They just slapped it to the opening and en episode. Now I want someone to make a more edited video. I'd gotten the song a while back, maybe when it first came out. Plus this spinoff was surprisingly good and still good in hindsight. Also I need a hot goth chick like Kylie in the third movie since they seem to be doing next gen busters anyway.
