Kerasol, an OTC foot cream, lists urea as an ingredient, so it's not so far-fetched. But I'm still not putting my feet in piss, mine or otherwise. Save it for your dentures.

The second says to keep them in the lotion for 1 to 1 and a half hours, then rinse and dry them. The third gives a detailed description of how the skin will improve over the next several days, and that in about two weeks you should be done.

I agree with Marissa. I've read the package and there is nothing on it to indicate that you pee in the shoe-like thingees. I think the the name is supposed to indicate its fun line whoopee kinda thing.

Hi, stop further remarks on this thing. It's clearly a miss print of 'peel', definitely not 'pee'. In Japan, they do have footcare packs peeling off horney layers of sole, but main ingredients in the packs are lactic acid from plants extract, not urine. It's really a shame for them to make such a printing mistake!

As someone who can read Japanese, I agree with everyone above who says this has nothing to do with peeing into a bag. You shouldn't fabricate stories based on an image if you can't understand the language. Pathetic

I am American, I used many different brands of medical creams for the Athlete's foot and some how it got worst. One day I couldn't hold it any more and I peed in the shower and I have notice that my feet got better, and everytime I get the fungus again I pee on my feet and it does make it go away, it may not cure it but I can tell you it does a better job than the creams and powders. So I wait about a minute or two and wash the feet...

While you don't actually pee into the bags (as other commenters have said), the ingredients list for the lotion does include both lactic acid (乳酸) and urea (尿素).

I'm pretty sure the name is supposed to be a bad pun on "Whoopee" (フッピー can be read both as "whoopee" and "foot pee"), but Japanese people aren't very good at making English puns.

That being said, urea is a pretty common ingredient in dermatological products. It does make your skin nice and soft!
