But in GTA IV you actually KEEP your weapons. It's all the GTA III games (SA, VC, etc.) that you lose your weapons and armor (and some money) and then get released.
The idea is that you're bribing the cops, who are assumed to all be crooked and corrupt themselves.
A better video would be one that details the guy who has to do the paperwork that makes whatever Nico does look like an "accident" or "unsolved case" after Nico bribes them to make it all go away and let him go.
Either that, or they could do a Law & Order in which Nico's lawyer gets him off on a technicality every single time.
