Can't We All Just Get Beyond Thunderdome?

I don't cover a lot of conventions, admittedly, but when several thousand people drive two hours out of Los Angeles to celebrate the Mad Max movies... well, I probably still wouldn't have paid attention until I learned some dude brought an actual working gyrocopter to the event. That's fucking awesome. It's also pictured above, not flying, but with a Road Warrioress cosplayer inside -- I didn't think you guys would particularly mind. The event was a "con" held overnight in the desert, which is very cool, and included people's replica Interceptors and a make-shift Thunderdome.
