• Even with all the awkward product placement, 30 Rock is still leaps and bounds above any of those shows.

• @ I love our robots superiors Hey, reality shows do normally suck, but The Amazing Race is still a fun show. And The Office, while not pure gold as in its first three seasons, it still is pretty good at times with other times it just needs to die. But in all honesty, HEROES is just terrible.

• Did you just insult 30 Rock, sirrah? Pistols at dawn. Be ready.

• "MrMacMan," I recommend Mercy, 30 Rock, The Office, The Biggest Loser, Survivor, The Middle, any C.B.S. shitcom, any other "reality" or game show or any celebrity show.

• NOTHING IS AS BAD AS THIS AND IF THERE IS IM NOT WATCHING IT YOU CANT MAKE ME

• So next week... We need something on par with horrible heroes...
