The holidays are swiftly approaching, bringing with them various annoyances and ways to deplete your bank account. Enter Hallmark. As usual, the company is offering a variety of amazing ornaments geared towards geeks — everything from a mini replica of a Galaga game that you can make Greedo play in your Creature Cantina diorama to “the most ridiculous ornament of all time.” Terrific though these all may be, they don’t hold a candle to this Ecto 1 Ghostbusters ornament that plays the movie’s theme song. No fancy lights, no sound effects, just sweet Ray Parker, Jr. bliss hanging from your tree. Isn’t that what Christmas is all about? Check out the rest of this year’s Hallmark offerings here. ? C.C.
