Also, anybody notice how they managed to slide the release date in there without many people knowing about it?

Good news: Tron will be out in 2010.
Bad news: Tron will be out less than 30 days from 2011.
Surprised you didn't need viagra after that info.

I'm not sure how I feel about the set in the screenshot. It makes it look like a regular futuristic sci fi movie and not like the electric playground from the other movie. Where are the glowy lines?
That's the part of me won't shut up and picks things apart. The other part of me is sh*tting himself blind with pure glee.

Wow now that's worth not having sex til your 30! Very fap worthy art there. Tron is actually one of the few classics more suited for today's cinematic techniques. Let's pray they don't just make it a pepsi commercial or something.

Hmm. 1). I'm SUPER excited for the Daft Punk soundtrack. 2). I hope someone gives Olivia Wilde some acting pills, so we can keep her soulless camera-staring to a minimum.

This is looking great. Now I've gotta go back and watch the original, which is still fun almost 30 years after it was released.

I gotta say, I'm not really getting the hype over this movie. But I'm glad that it seems to be delivering what you guys are looking for.

So they put glow sticks on those power suits from that dillhole G.I. Joe movie?
"The game has changed"
Yeah, now it'll cost $12 to see glow stick suits instead of the $3 I paid the first time around.

My penis has only just recovered from the trailer, and now this?
This is pretty much the only sequel/remake/reimagining/whatever-the-hell-they're-releasing-instead-of-original-content in the past couple of years that actually seems to take the original into consideration. The art style really does improve yet still pay homage, and the trailer seems to indicate it may be pretty dark and grown up.
Tron is timeless, and I can't wait.
