By the title of the post and the countdown at the start of the video, I sort of assumed the video was leading up to some sort of Lundgrenpocalypse.

I don't know... The singing was not Elvis, and if he was lip-syncing I would think they would pick a track with a better singer. I am going to say he was really singing (not particularly well), dancing (not particularly well), drumming (nothing a beginner couldn't do) and breaking boards and ice... which is probably not that hard for someone as built as he is. As a full time musician and (once) a part time martial artist (breaking wooden boards is pretty easy, for anyone not just me), I could do everything he did up there better, but I am pretty sure I wouldn't look nearly as good doing it... I did enjoy the video though.
