No, it's not a new faux literary classic -- it's a fan-altered trailer to add a bit of vampiric goodness into the classic film. It's a bit subtle, but it's incredibly well done, and extremely well edited. Here's the summary from the YouTube page:
The film tells the story of Scarlett O' Hara, one of the last surviving human beings, who is caught in the midst of a great vampire civil war. Marvel as she outwits the forces of the undead, while she flirts with her true bloo... er... love. Yeah, I didn't think it was that great. Just saw Gone With the Wind recently again. Great movie, and the faux trailer doesn't really change much except add some fangs in.

Turns out this was done by the same guy who did those "classic" Marvel Zombies cartoons from awhile back. Check out his stuff on YouTube, he's got some great stuff (including a '40s era "pre-make" version of Ghostbusters).
