• I'm sure there's a shit ton of legal BS that'd stop them from getting sued. Warning labels, pamphlets or instruction manuals with the product, probably multiple warnings on the website. You can't sell something dangerous and not expect someone to hurt themselves with it in order to cash in, so companies normally cover all bases with that kind of stuff. That's why in the iTunes ToS it says you're not allowed to use it for nuclear devices. JUST IN CASE.

• I'm more interested in the inevitable lawsuit Wicked Lasers will face when someone who bought one of those lasers uses it in a crowded public place and randomly points it at people causing multiple injuries and disfigurements and the victims all come together after in a class action lawsuit.
