Harry Potter and the Overemotional Farewell Speeches

The Harry Potter saga has been almost ending for what seems like years now. We had the final book. Then the first movie of the final book. Then the final day’s shooting of the final movie of the final book. And now, while we wait for the final movie of the final book to actually come out, it looks like we’re going to get a few more events commemorating the end of the main portion Harry Potter franchise. Last week, author J.K. Rowling and Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint all got in front of 18,000 crying Pottermaniacs at the Deathly Hallows Part II U.K. premiere and made them cry harder with these farewell speeches. It’s not exactly touching my small, shriveled heart, but I do appreciate that the three leads are still grateful and happy to have been a part of the series that made the stars (and filthy rich) and not bitter and resentful, like some people. Harrison Ford. I mainly mean Harrison Ford. (Via The Mary Sue)
