I Hate It When Aliens Invade After I Have Casual Sex
TimeCrimes was a wonderful sci-fi flick that was low in budget but high in mindfuckery. So for his next film, director Nacho Vigalondo appears to have decided to make a movie that’s still low in budget, but just as high in mindfuckery — but this time, he’s swapping time travel for an alien invasion which takes place after two people have a one night stand. The movie is Extraterrestrial, and the teaser is above. You know, few people could make an alien invasion movie a taut thriller when the action takes place almost entirely in a girl’s apartment, but I have faith if anyone can do it, it’s Vigalondo.
