im pretty sure the bike in the pic is the model blown up in photoshop, nice. I have always wanted a red jacket with the pill on the back, but if i spent $900 on it id have to wear it every day. could I get away with it?? possibly not..
There's plenty of working versions of the bike out there, some officially made for cons, and some fan made, then there's also street legal versions which are a bit less accurate, so they probably just got there hands on one of the ones that make the rounds at the cons for the photoshoot.
I already spent $700 on the jacket from Pattern Recognition, but now i feel like i should have waited.

At least it's expensive enough that if you buy one, you're sure no one else is going to be wearing one when you're out in public. Nothing's worse than having a sweet coat and crossing paths with someone else wearing the same exact thing.

I think they well, because the King of Pop held sway over the term "the red leather jacket" even as Kaneda was being dubbed by Leonardo. Though if the jacket is mistaken for being a Thriller knock-off, here's hoping people assume the pill is a reference to how "This is It" actually turned out to be it.
