Seriously. Some dude beat Super Mario 64 using nothing but his feet... and got every star. Have some doubt? Well, here's a video of him getting every star in the clock level (suggested by the excitable SpiderHyphenMan, who also sent me the tip), with an inset of his feet working the controller. There is a bit of editing, but only when he fucks up (he returns to the spot where he feel, etc.) or speeds time up when Mario needs to stand still (you'll see). Oh, and here's a site with links to him beating every other level in the game. Can I tell you my favorite part about this achievement? It's that this dude does all this wears socks. Because feet are gross.

A kid sent a letter to Nintendo Power about severing his thumb muscle and teaching himself to play the NES with his feet using the old Advantage joystick. He claims to have beaten Super Mario 3 this way.
If this story is on the level, then I could believe someone doing the same with the N64, given the analog stick on the controller.

Hard? When played with your feet, yes. Compared to the NES Mario games, or that FUCKING PURPLE COINS LEVEL IN GALAXY, not so much.
It's amazing how video games have come full circle. When I was a kid they had the Power Pad that you were suppose to play with your feet and kids played it with their hands, now this. I can't wait to see what they play Dance Dance Revolution with. (NO, Wait, Don't......Ah crap)
I've had to get a drink or sign something in a really competitve match and maintained my score, life, and even got some kills using only my left hand. I actually do that occasionaly when I'm just kinda not into what I'm doing, I rest it on my leg, control the right analog with my thumb I think (hard to recall not doing it right now) and the left analog with my pinky, then I use button presses with my left index, with is a reach. I rest it near my leg and push left or right on an angle to use triggers. My sole problem, which requires whole hand movement is to hit the right and left bumpers, honestly for efficencies sake I just ignore those buttons, I can survive without a grenade or some special feature for a bit as I left hand it... yo. Seemed it needed a yo.
