Why does Drake has gigantic tumors in his elbows?
-
Zero Punctuation has offended fanboys of almost every franchise. Yahtzee is the greatest enemy of fanboys across the internet and he is the hero of those who demand satisfying, entertaining gameplay, intelligent writing, and variety in video games.

Click the link and look at the other pictures. Just shows how good the figure is that you can't tell it can move.
-
It's cool...buuuut.....Where can I buy a pair of those cargo-pants with an external hanging nut-pouch like that?
-
Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation is one. Granted, he loses credibility points since he hates everything, but he does have some good points, like how the third game is just a more fleshed out "Uncharted 2". I never played Uncharted until this third one, though, so Yahtzee can suck it! XD
-
I would have had more respect for Naughty Dog if they had just come out and say that he's an homage or inspired by Indiana Jones. As such, I could only shook my head and laugh.
-
Try Yahtzee's "Zero Punctuation" over at the Escapist. Warning: Fanboys will be offended. XD
-
Ahh, so this is why Squeenix kept turning out shit games: they've been diverting their resources to play with dolls. Good to know!
-
Why would they pose his right wrist like that? Looks broken or loose... still, cool figure.
-
bad reviews? wut?
-
You're right completely different. Other then everything but the face sculpting, oh and the Statue the gun is in the other hand, and the statue is on a base. Oh and the figure's pants are more wrinkled. Silly me for noticing that the figure and the statue are the same other then a few tiny details
-
I do what I can to fit in with you "normal people" maybe I should start wearing some Buddy Holly glasses and work at a newspaper :)
-
You're clearly an above average human being. Also modest.
-
Whoops! My bad Mike! I read "play the game" as "play THIS game," as in the third one. My fault! Agree we shall!
-
Yeah, no. No it doesn't.
-
Thar would definitely be an interesting change of pace. Throw it in there mini-game style at random time intervals. Recruit one of the enemies in the area as your accountant. Mini-game excitement man. lol
-
Uncharted 3 was bad ass! Ran right through it and rarely had an issue. I thought it was a great follow up and well worth it. I haven't heard a bad review out there.
-
There have been a few critics and gamers who are saying it is a let down, and sadly it is because of the aiming and that the difficulty spikes in the firefights now. The aiming is a bit off, so Naughty Dog is patching it, and the firefights should ramp up in difficulty, you're a treasure hunter with no military training against an army of mercenaries of course it should be hard.
-
It's the gunning people down thing that gets me, I am a pretty decent free climber and have been rock climbing and quarry diving since I was a kid so the climbing part isn't that far fetched. it's just the gunning down hundreds of mercenaries that goes against the everyday Joe thing. Or am I in the minority being a good looking, clever guy that can free climb?
-
True, true. I've never once seen a normal man hop about like he does.
-
Looks pretty nice, now if NECA would get moving and get that Gordon Freeman figure they've been working on in stores. That'd I really like to get, and I believe you can find a photo of a rough sculpt of the figure on the internet somewhere. I've seen it before.
-
I didn't. I just pointed out exactly what he does. We're agreeing.
-
um... I was just pointing out the disparity in Naughty Dog's press statement and the actual game, not disparaging him as a character. Calm the eff down. But for the record, normal people don't scale cliffsides to commit mass murder for ancient relics, just FYI.
-
Its a video game!!!! He's a completely normal guy in comparison to other game protagonists. Would it make you feel better if he stopped and did his taxes? I'm on Naughty Dog's side on this one.
-
He's been doing that... Since the first game. I never believed him to be a ordinary guy. He's clearly got some sort of hero complex that doesn't let him acknowledge the trauma of killing dozens of people. But Mike, don't start acting like he just started become fortune's favorite child. This is what he does.
-
I totally agree. I don't think it's been getting anything but stellar reviews. If Rob doesn't like it, that's totally cool. But I concur: who has been saying this one was a letdown?
-
Actually... the game has been getting GREAT REVIEWS. Just sayin....
-
I love Uncharted, but I remember when the first one came out, and Naughty Dog was saying "The thing that makes our game different is the protagonist... he's just a regular, everyday working Joe, thrust into extraordinary situations." Play the game... Nathan is a good-looking hero who scales cliffsides with ease, single-handedly guns down armies of enemy militia, and always has a quick one-liner handy. Yep. Just a regular everyday working Joe, that Nathan Drake is.
-
Uncharted has a Metacritic of 92. I would go ahead and say that it is indeed getting great reviews on the whole. Wonderful game. I saw this as an uncolored version at SD Comic Con. I wanted to smash the case and take it then and there, but I suppose waiting and actually -paying- for it is just as good. Even if I already own a Drake statue from the Collector's Edition.
-
Happy explosion day, gorgeous.
-
It looks almost exactly like the "statue" you get with the collectors edition of the game, the face is a little better here, but not sure I'll get it as Square Enix Figures are do expensive. But then again it is Uncharted
