• So, because I never actually finished the first KH game and didn't play any of the subsequent titles... This is the one series about the two gay guys who were on an island and then there was some black hole bullshit going on and then they had to cross the universe to find one another, but they kept missing each other by millimeters and then the second game came out and there were two more gay guys but then they died and it switched back to the original two dudes and one of them got cloned or some shit and the clone was running around acting all jealous that the guy who provided the materia for his cloning was liked better by the other gay guy and then he died too and then there were some other people named after elements or whatever that got their own game and now the two main dudes still can't find each other because they haven't invested in GPS technology, right? Also, I think there was some red-haired girl in there somewhere. This is what the internet has told me of these games, therefore it must be true.

•  Yes, deeply flawed handheld (not console) that passed over 5 million sales mark weeks ago. And they achieved it in shorter time than DS took. It's way past "lol, 3DS gonna fail" phase. Releasing it 3DS makes perfect sense.

• Second post. Honestly, Rob, since Tron was in Kingdom Hearts 2 and Legacy was such a hit, it's definitely a no-brainer that we would be seeing CLU's sorry ass sometime soon in the future. XD Also, allow me my fanboy moment and go AAAAAAAAAAAAA!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! AAAAAA!! I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! I KNEW JOSHUA WOULD BE PAIRED WITH RIKU, JUST LIKE NEKU IS PAIRED WITH SORA!! Team Big Bro/Mentor VS Team Hero/Lil' Bro! So, so, SO AWESOME! XD

• 356/2 Days was a great example to actually having gameplay and platforming elements restored, IMO at higher quality then the original KH.

•  Yeah you will be totally lost.  3DS ends where KH3 begins.  So you'll be starting at the end of a game you didn't play.

• Ah, yes, KH3D. It's the reason I bought my 3DS back from my sister. :D Tron Legacy = Win. Seriously. It's one of only two movies in the past five years that I've managed to watch all the way through.

•  I live all the way over here in South Texas and I worry that were that actually going to happen and true, I am STILL not far enough away from the wrath that Rob would unleash at hearing such news. I'm sure I'd hear the wild screams from here. That or my fellow local nerds/geeks and I would be hanging out and we'd sense a disturbance in the force. As if one barely sane (possibly drunk) nerd cried out in great pain and anguish.

•  It's why I went to the trouble of buying an early PS3 so I could still play PS2 games.  Lately though what with the HD re-releases of the first two God of War games, the Prince of Persia and Sly Cooper trilogies, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus, and the upcoming re-release of the first three Devil May Cry games, that's becoming increasingly moot.  So far the only real holdout has been Squeenix both with KH and Final Fantasy (Incidentally, Squeenix had announced an HD re-release of FFX late last year, but there's been no further news of it since.) I don't know why Squeenix has been holding out on the gaming community like this.  I wouldn't think it would take a whole lot of effort to do an HD remaster and make it compatible with current gen hardware.  Not enough anyway to take them away from whatever projects they're working on.

• Sir. I daresay I take offense. You don't see the value in a used, never once cleaned Tron bedpan? You sir, are clearly neither a discerning collector of fine wares, nor a loyal patron of the fan fic Friday arts. One quails at the thought of such fine collectible goods falling into the hands of a ruffian and a rogue (dare I say a scoundrel? [no I daren't]) unfit for attendance at the 4th annual Autoboy Classics and Collectibles Auction (located in Potimus' Beautifully Adorned Rectum/Rec Center, turn left at the castle-fucking giant squid, if you reach Garfield's Fuck-Shack, you've gone too far). Then again, I'd only bid on the used, never cleaned Tron bedpan (it's vintage and officially licensed right?) if it ALSO comes with the used, never before cleaned (vintage, officially licensed) Tron catheter and matching colostomy bag. Honestly. Some people.

• Absolutely, especially if you can get a deal on it now that the Vita's out. The gameplay is incredibly fun--they give you so many different ways to kill things that you don't even need to use them all. But it's awesome if you do. The story is also great and fills in A LOT of information about the KH world, including where the hell Xehanort came from.

• Or at least give us KH1, KH2 and Re: Chain of Memories in a remastered HD collection like other companies have done with their PS2 titles.

•  I would have gone with Gargoyles or Ducktales, personally.

• They've actually got a ton of plot. You're gonna be lost when KH3 comes out. I sympathize--I skipped Chain of Memories and had no clue what the hell was happening when KH2 arrived.

• She's as badass as all the dudes in the series. Combined. I didn't mind Terra's because it was kind of awkward and...so is he. Jason Dohring seemed to do better when playing rage mode too, for some reason.

• They actually improved that quite a bit since KH2--not to get all overdefensive, because while I'm a fan of the series, it's not everyone's cup of tea. But in the games released since then, the gameplay has been a lot more varied and interesting, with far less button-mashing.

• If they really felt they needed a "left-field" world like The Nightmare Before Christmas and black-and-white Disney cartoons, I would have gone with a Pixar movie. Or maybe The Muppets.

• OK.  As I have not played any of the DS KH games I have no idea what you are talking about. Also Screw KH until they make a proper KH3 I just don't care.  I don't buy handheld systems and these games are just filler, I want my full game damn it. 

• You know, I played and adored the first Kingdom Hearts game. I didn't play the second one, because you don't "play" KH2. It's a series of cut scenes with horrible voice acting and a few brief moments of "hit this thing" which spawns another even longer cut scene. The fact that so much of that trailer WAS cut scenes makes me fairly certain that this game will be the same.

• Positive. It's one of the first things you'll learn about the game if you look into it at all. They look younger, but those aren't their real physical forms.

• My sole disappointment with this game is that they replaced Heartless with Dream Eaters... In the game with Frollo. Yeah, imagine what'd happen if HE turned into a Heartless - wait, those who are pure evil like him or Scar or Xehanort look the same as their normal selves when they turn into Heartless. Dammit.

•  That's not Axel. It's his somebody, Lea, who was restored since his heartless and Nobody are both dead.

• Also, Aqua is the finest lady Square Enix has ever, ever produced. Too bad her and Terra had kinda crummy voice acting, but we've had worse in Kingdom Hearts, like Justin Timberlake as Sephiroth and Mena Suvari as Aerith.

•  Hey, at least Hunchback was decent. No idea why they used one of the cheapquels they cranked out. They should have used The Princess and the Frog or Tangled, or even Atlantis, The Black Cauldron or Treasure Planet. Regardless of one's opinions of the latter three movies, those three would make fuckin' awesome worlds. Hell, I'd have accept Pocahontas as a world over a fucking cheapquel. And I /hate/ Pocahontas.

• Leonard Nimoy and Mark Hamill were in it together. How could it not be?

•  Birth By Sleep will always be the best KH game. Always.

•  The full subtitle is "Dream Drop Distance" which makes as much sense as any other KH subtitle, and according to Tetsuya Nomura does have meaning in the story (but is also obviously a play in the Nintendo DS + 3D functionality.)But yes, it's going to be the newest KH game chronologically. I don't really understand all the whining for KH3 anyway--the PS3 will offer more powerful hardware, sure, but when it comes to game story, overall plot advancement, and damn fun gameplay, Birth by Sleep knocked it out of the park.

• They took inspiration from The Hunchback of Notre Dame and that DTV movie about Mickey, Donald, and Goofy as The Three Musketeers?

• I'm more excited that there is a the world ends with you crossover. still the game looks terrible. and it looks like it's set inbetween KH1 and KH2. again. just like the 2 previous nintendo KHs. That annoys me to no end.

• This takes me back to the moment I found out Neku from The World Ends With You was cameoing in it. That and the moment shortly afterwards when I realised that it would cost me the best part of £200 to actually be able to play it. • You know that Kingdom Hearts 2 for the PS2 had a whole Tron level where you actually got to team up with Tron and everything. A lot of fun

Best thing about Tron was Boxleitner, a great and underrated actor who made the aweful lines in the first one work... also made the very similar aweful lines work in B5... Scarecrow and Mrs King ditto... he actually had a marginally decent script in that made for tv movie "Snakehead something or other" which is worth watching.
