The Hobbit: An Unexpectedly Complicated, Expensive Journey Part II

When we last saw a Hobbit behind-the-scenes production vlog from director Peter Jackson, he was talking about how insane making a movie like this is in terms of locations, moving cast and crew, feeding said cast and crew, and all those other behind-the-scenes problems movie-goers never think of when watching a movie (at least a good movie). The newest vlog is more or less a sequel to the last one, with more insane locations and production trivia, but also:

• Martin Freeman as Bilbo
• Looks at the dwarves, including Aidan Turner
•Peter Jackson getting winded
• Some thoughts from Sir Ian McKellan
• A ridiculous amount of gorgeous New Zealand locales
• The discovery that Andy Serkis is the second unit director, which everybody might have known, but I didn't, and it blew my mind
• How many oranges everybody ate
• Dwarves in barrels
• How everybody was almost killed by a flood (kind of)
• More

If you have 12 minutes, I highly recommend it. (Via First Showing)
