Obvious, dickish, and still totally hilarious. My favorite part, though, is that technically the skateboard must be named Shadowfax.
More links from around the web!
I don't think so, since Gandalf the Grey didn't ride Shadowfax, only Gandalf the White. Might be Bill the pony, though.
Did I just do that annoying nerd thing? :-)
Gandalf The Gray picked Shadowfax from Rohan to ride to Rivendell for the Council Of Elrond. Nerd fail.
Even More Annoying Nerd Thing: Gandalf the Grey *did* ride Shadowfax, he just did it "off camera," so to speak, while he was doing research on the One Ring during the 17 years Frodo kept the ring hidden (and which the movie conveniently neglects to mention). That's one of the reasons he was persona non grata at Theoden's court, since only the king or his heir were supposed to be allowed to ride the mearas.
This Gandolf character looks a little like Gandalf. The cars would be passing if this wasn't staged, but a funny concept nonetheless.
You see that double line, that means a no pass area. Also the road appears to be going though a bend or curve making it very unsafe for someone to try to pass in that area.
I'm not sure where you live, but around here that would be no deterrent whatsoever, unfortunately.
You would be surprised how many people follow the law when someone is standing on the side of the road with a video camera...
Well seeing as Gandalf doesn't exist I would assume that I was hallucinating and would just drive on as usual. Can't get arrested if you run over a figment of your imagination, right?
Hey that's the same thing I told the cops after I ran over my first wife!
They did not believe me.
