Yeah but think about where they live; swamps, creeks, rivers and mud holes. Those aren't for attack they're for traction and not sharp. I kept a turtle I found for a while - they're surprisingly good pets. Mice also surprised me as being good pets.
Living in a farm area, I can say... fuck mice. Sorry.
Turtles on the other hand live in the marshy pond in the back of my property, never seen claws that long on them.
"Male turtles tend to have particularly long claws, and these appear to be used to stimulate the female while mating."
Please please please don't let Dr. Abraxas see this. Actually, it can't be any worse than anything else on FFF, can it?
In that context I would agree on the mice - they are a plague. I think all turtles have claws... nope just mosthttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T...
Yes, and the one who wears an orange Jedi robe has a new catch phrase: "chill, guys."
Do you mean because Bayturtles aren't turtles or because Bay films lack the depth and coherence of story that this has?
Yes on both accounts, plus it has better action choreography and editing than every single Bay film. Which is to say they actually planned things out on storyboards rather than spasmodically waving the camera around explosions and adding in CGI turtles afterwards.
I was thinking more because there isn't a ten minute slow motion shot of some woman's ass climbing some stairs for no reason but yeah your points are valid too I guess.
It's a very well-made fan film, but technical achievement aside, it just leaves me feeling completely "meh." In that sense, it seems akin to the actual Star Wars movies.
