And he´s totally essential to Batman´s development as a character! Is totally absurd to let him out just because of not wanting to look inmature, that´s where the nolan movies fail for me :/ All the supposed sophistication falls flat with his absence in this movie. :(
I got the joke (and laughed unceasingly during the punching sequence). But to be fair, Nix is also right. Burt Ward's Robin was never a useless wimp.
