I just finished seeing this and this movie isn't nearly as crazy as the trailer made it look. It is kind of weird and there's a couple of moments in it that'll give people seizures, sure. I can't say it's good though. For one, it's pretty lengthy with really bad pacing to boot. It shouldn't have clocked in at nearly 2 hours, there's only enough here to carry an 85 min movie at best.
The movie doesn't star Lundgren or JCVD, but Scott Adkins, who just really doesn't have anything going for him to lead a feature film, because the movie tries to wax too dramatic and this guy's a martial artist first, actor second... or third. The movie focuses more on gory killing than overall action, so there's a lot of lulls in there. I suppose I was expecting something more off the wall, but it's pretty much just made-for-DVD schlock that takes an old property and tries to put a slight horror spin on it.
