Master Chief should have been a girl. And you should get to play as zero suit chief by entering the code "Justin Bailey".
Someone uploaded the ending you get if you beat the Legendary difficulty on Halo 4. It's noteworthy mainly because it involves the briefest glimpse of a portion of Master Chief's true face, which might be a thing you want to see. Spoiler, obviously, although really the only thing being spoiled here is that yes, Master Chief does actually have at least part of a face.
I was already kind of operating under the assumption Chief had a face under there somewhere, so it's not so shocking to me. (Via Kotaku)

Once again, I hate the narrator's voice on these videos. Can someone tell him to dial it down a bit? I feel like I'm watching Attack of the Show if it were on the Disney tween block.
I don't want to watch the whole ending because I haven't finished the campaign, but I'm never going to finish it on Legendary and I want to see what MC's face looks like. Can someone tell me when it appears?

If he had sunglasses under that helmet and the soundtrack suddenly blurted out YEEEAAAAAHHHH!!!!! then i would care about Halo. But alas...

Boo. I liked that Master Chief didn't have a defined look under the suit, it let you project whatever you wanted onto him. It was post-racial and, I thought, a daring choice. But, now he's just another one of the hundred other white dudes protagonists.

That doesn't look like the sort of pallor a white person who never sees the sun gets - if anything he looks to be of middle eastern
Mind you the skin is supposed to be heavily scarred and we're only seeing the eye area but I still don't see "white" as in northern European stock in fact I'd sooner call it the sort of light brown skinned pallor

@Gallen_Dugall @CaptainZADL He doesn't look particularly white to me. If he was very light-skinned, wearing an armored suit all the time would make him pale as a bedsheet.
