I actually remember the episode of "Unhappily Ever After" the Cox clip comes from where they moan "oh, great, they're making us do an Old West episode."
It didn't actually exist, but those '90s NBC-style credits are pretty dead-on.
More links from around the web!
Great choice of clips! This looks like exactly the type of soothing TV pablum that would have been right at home on ABC's TGIF block of '90s programming, pleasant enough to remember through the rose-tinted lens of childhood nostalgia but painful to revisit through adult eyes.
Fun Fact: Apparently the dude who played Skull is now a Shakespeare professor at some University in California.
@rabidronnie I had heard even back in the day that he was Shakespeare-trained. Good for him.
@LYT @rabidronnie And good that he's doing something awesome with those skills now, instead of playing the physical comic relief on a show for six year olds :\
Wonder if his students ever bring it up?
Well......at least they didn't try to rip off The Adventures Of Brisco County, Jr.
@arivalscientist I was just going to say, why won't they make this because it would be awesome.
How accurate would the show be to the movie? I don't think you can say the n-word on network tv.
@simonsebs Well, hypothetically...you can't say "shit," but they still made "Shit My Dad Says" into a network show.
@skrag2112 I was looking for an image of Urkle to reply with. I found this:

@Timely-Tardis-Lego @skrag2112 Have you all seen that SyFy game show he hosts, where people have to touch creepy stuff in the dark?
@Timely-Tardis-Lego @LYT @skrag2112 Nope. Behold Urkel and his new show.
http://www.syfy.com/totalblackout/article/host@LYT @Timely-Tardis-Lego @skrag2112 Sounds like me every time I have to use an old gas station bathroom.
@LYT @Timely-Tardis-Lego @skrag2112 "Urkel," "touch" "creepy" "dark". . . that's either the components for a new FFF or SyFy's next horror movie. It's a toss-up.
@LYT @Timely-Tardis-Lego @skrag2112 Is that who was in in the image before I switched it?
Also, this show?
