The beginning of the show was utter crap. With the whole Lori thing and the Dixon brother back and forth. Add into it Glenn trying to step up and be a leader, sorry buddy this is the zombie apocalypse, not a math tournament. Again everything felt very forced, almost as if the actors had guns pointed at them to act out these bits.
Don't even get me started on that slag Andrea.
But finally some action even if it is the douchey Governor. But my biggest damn question is how did that dude get on the tower to snipe into the prison? He had to sneak over two fences and then climb up there unseen. That was a giant plot hole if I ever saw one. I was pissed Axel got capped as I thought he was a decent character unlike the rest of the "survivors".
I am interested to see how this will all play out compared to the comics. Especially since there is a bit of similarity in this... a bit...
And I guess it is true, when you are rolling in dough like Kirkman is, it's easy to smile as Hollywood rapes your art.
