Xbox says that if this video reaches 100,000 views by Friday, March 15, they'll release a free Window Web weapon skin.

100,000 views for a Gears of War trailer? That actually seems like a relatively small amount...
Of course, seeing as how YouTube is doing that thing where the view count has stalled at an obviously low number, maybe it will be a tad more difficult.
Anyhow, Gears is one of those series I'll arguably never play myself, but it does still look pretty neat, to say the least, so I guess I give this a huzzah.
