I'm gonna have to go buy him. I always wanted a Nightcrawler figure but I never got around to it. Silly me.
I always loved playing as him in the old double-screen arcade game. This figure represents him well save for the teleportation-effect base, which is, alas, pretty sad.
If they had come up with one that simulated his "Special Mutant Power" in the game, I would have marked out like crazy.
This version ships to comic shops in April.

I got an extra tornado base from ML Storm, cut off the lightning bolts, & painted it purple. It's a way cooler brimstone bamf base for Kurt than the one this includes.

Not bad but the base doesn't impress me. Looks more like he's about to be attacked by a bubblegum monster.

He needs two things:
1. Bastion's arm through his chest
2. A sign reading "MARVEL DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO WRITE CATHOLICS."
Oh no, I guess the double-hinged knees didn't cost out. Marvel Select, you need to take the same articulation you gave Amazing Spider-man (hated, hated the movie, but love that figure) and stick the same joints on this guy.
Well, so I guess he does have those joints after all. Nevermind people, nothing to see here.

Umm.. that is pretty much identical to the Marvel Legends Nightcrawler from a few years ago. The only difference I see is that his face is slightly different, and by slightly I mean he still has the huge chin. The costume, articulation and even hands are identical.

I'm surprised they didn't give him a sword. I always felt it made him classy. A classy BAMF
@Big.Jim.Slade Two for that matter. It isn't like that would have been too expensive to produce since they skimped on the base.

wow, that base is pretty sad. Disappointing considering MS figures have come with some pretty awesome bases in the past.
