The Twirl ‘n’ Hurl is basically like the Dumbo ride at Disneyland, with the addition of sarcastic commentary, Theremin music, and an added element of targets along the sides that utter Simpsony phrases if you can maneuver your vehicle at just the right height when you pass them.
In addition, remember how we lamented that many of the Springfield characters were merely statues? Not so fast – Krusty the Clown and Sideshow Bob are now walking around the park for photo ops.
Sadly, there are no plans for Treehouse of Horror tie-ins to Halloween Horror Nights. Maybe next year.
