We like to pit similar things against each other, don’t we? It’s not enough to like Raiders of the Lost Ark, for example…you have to like it BETTER than the other Indiana Jones movies. Is Christopher Reeve your Superman? Then ipso facto, Henry Cavill must suck, even if Man of Steel is indubitably a far better film than The Quest for Peace. And have you ever met anybody who thinks Sean Connery and Roger Moore are equally good at everything?
Well, Universal Design Replicas says no to that. You can love Bob, the Joker’s goon from Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman, and the cool threads his posse wore…yet still like Heath Ledger’s Oscar-winning version of the Clown Prince of Crime, too. It’s the same logic that has NECA making toys of both Michael Keaton AND Adam West – sometimes it’s okay to like multiple things at one time.
