This just happened at the fan event tonight.
I reckon you'll see this one in theaters. Now, let's get Quinn Lord in there somewhere.
...And Tull raised his middle finger at WB.
Is the first considered good because the story is well done and it has the right amount of gore? Or is it considered good just because it is gory? I was thinking the other night that I would like to find a new good horror movie to watch. I have had a hard time finding anything decent.
You know i'm one of the biggest horror nuts on this site and I feel bad I have never checked out the first one but between the interview from last week and this announcement, I have some catching up to do.
I just watched this again last night and this morning I'm greeted by this great news!
This is great news. The first film was criminally overlooked and is easily one of the best horror movies to come out in the last decade. I hope they can keep up the quality for the sequel.
Is this one going to take another 5 years as well?
lol, I watched the first one for the first time Friday night..
@jrenglund81 I was going to recommend "Satan's Little Helper" as a Halloween movie, but then you said you wanted to watch a decent movie.
@jrenglund81 It is gory, but not overly so. No graphically smashed faces or intestines hanging out, but R rated all the same. More akin to the original Halloween compared to the Rob Zombie remake. It's really a throwback to the old school anthology flicks like Creepshow and Twilight Zone. I love it ever so much. It's a number of interconnected stories, all taking place on Halloween night in a small town. There's werewolves, vampires, serial killers, pretty ladies, creepy kids, ghosts, zombies and pretty much everything awesome.
@kraken Sounds exactly like the type of horror movie I enjoy, I will be checking it out this week. Thank You for the help.
