Tales From the Crypt Intro Replicated in Photo-Real CG

I’m not sure why these animators decided to recreate the iconic opening sequence in photo-realistic animation, rather than, say, doing something original. Yes, yes, I see their statement about “to show their passion for the TV show and digital art.” But since they use the actual music, it may not be long for YouTube, and they clearly have some amazing photo-realistic talents that could be put to good use.
Shows you how far CG has come, anyway. And there’s a nice little twist thrown in that I won’t spoil.
Now, can I get a Resident Evil game that looks this good?
