It’ll be a two-parter, and actress Michelle Gomez filmed a brief video to announce her return while misremembering – or is that misdirecting? – arguably the most famous Bible story there is.
Steven Moffat sez: “Everybody hide – Michelle Gomez as Missy was an instant hit last year, so she’s straight back to plague the Doctor and Clara in the series opener. But what brings her back into their lives is the last thing they’d expect.”
Okay, fans – what do you think Moffat’s idea of “the last thing they’d expect” is? Somehow I think he understands those words differently than you do.
