Yeah, they’re re-riffing an MST movie, and I have no idea how I feel about it. On the one hand, there’s no real reason they couldn’t go back to the same well of movies. Plus, as the above trailer shows, there’s plenty of jokes left to be made about this terrible, terrible holiday movie (which, for me, still pales in comparison to the other MST holiday episode Santa Claus, better known as Santa Claus Vs. Satan). On the other hand, it does seem…awkward. Makes me uneasy. It certainly makes me confused. The DVD gets released on November 20th, so I have a few weeks to work through my emotions.
