mc chris Wants You… (to Buy His G.I. Joe Toys for a Damn Good Cause)

I’m assuming you all know who mc chris is — rapper, toy collector, voice actor, nerd, and all around awesome guy (don’t call him nerdcore. Please). He’s also a TR reader, which makes me tingly in my nether-regions with delight and honor. But more importantly, he’s been raising money to fight cystic fibrosis for more than a year after his adorable nephew Murray was born and diagnosed with it. This includes — and this should be impressive to any nerd — selling his own toy collection on eBay, with all proceeds going to the fight. He’s already raised $40,000, which is incredibly awesome.

But the fight goes on. In the above video, mc chris explains what he’s selling in this round of auctions — which you can and should check out here — which is entirely G.I.
