The Captain America Movie Is Looking a Little Hellboy-ish for My Tastes
I really don’t want to get a million emails about this this weekend, so listen up — there’s a fake Captain America movie trailer going around. Specifically, it’s the video above. It’s actually a pretty shitty trailer — seeing as it has clips from several other Marvel movies in there, which is at least vaguely conceivable, but also clips from Hellboy, which is really fucking stupid. However, the trailer was then re-jiggered so it looks like a hand-cam shot it from an actual movie screen, and audience “oohs” and “aahs” added in. However, that elaborate and exceedingly well-done editing work is rendered moot by the fact THAT THERE’S STILL FUCKING CLIPS FROM HELLBOY IN IT. So don’t send me an email about this thing. I’ve seen it. It’s fake. Seriously. Just relax.
