Professor of cybernetics Kevin Warwick of Reading University is 100% humans will eventually make cyborgs that will stage an uprising against normal humans… and he’s working as hard as he can to make sure that happens. Seriously. He’s putting real neurons in robots, put in cybernetic implants in himself, put cybernetic things in his wife, and all sorts of crazy shit. He’s even making terrifying robot skulls, apparently just so our robot overlords are appropriately terrifying enough.
