A Cappella “Bohemian Rhapsody” All About String Theory

If the characters on The Big Bang Theory were real human beings, I like to think that this is the sort of thing they’d actually put their minds to, because it’s obvious that a genuinely pop-culture nerdy scientist came up with it, rather than a sitcom writer imagining one.

“I see extended 1-D objects with no mass
What’s their use? What’s their use? Can they give us quark plasma?”

Tim Blais has a whole YouTube account just for stuff like this – though he also maintains separate social streams for science without music, and music without science. Where the two coincide, though – that’s our sweet spot.

Click through to watch – it will make you happy, even if you have no clue what half the stuff he’s saying means. Also there’s an Einstein sock puppet.
