So…Earth to Echo Is Found-Footage E.T., Starring Bubo?

This movie was not on my radar at all, but when I see a trailer that implies Wall-E and Eve finally had sex and gave birth to Bubo from Clash of the Titans, my interest is piqued. Especially when everything else about the trailer, other than the handheld cameras, is a total rip-off of E.T.
Did they make an entire feature just to un-traumatize Rob Bricken? Or is the kid who says, “Is it amazing? Cuz I think it’s scary as BALLS!” a tribute to our former leader? Watch it and you tell me…
