Star Ace Toys, imported by Big Chief in the UK and Sideshow in the US, have been doing detailed Harry Potter 1/6 scale figures for a while now, but they look to be expanding in a big way, with Hagrid, Snape, both Dumbledores (Richard Harris and Michael Gambon) and more.
