There's not much to say about this snippet from some infomercial where large-breasted models theorize about the power of the internet, except it's fucking hysterical and kind of depressing at the same time. Seriously, it makes "a series of tubes" sound like a reasonably credible theory, if only because it took a tiny bit of imagination to produce.
