Robocop Eats Chicken, Arrests Refrigerator

Uh...I hope your frontal lobes have healed from the assault of Japanese Thriller, because otherwise watching this Korean commercial for some kind of homemade chicken nuggets will likely give you an Alan Moore-style embolism. Sure, it starts out normal, with a broken Korean family getting ready to enjoy a meal, but then a smiling Robocop bursts from the TV, eats some of the chicken, and then carries off the family's fridge...because...because I have no fucking clue, actually. I've had fever dreams that are more coherent than this commercial. Thanks to TR contributor Chris Cummins for the tip.

What I don't understand is why he didn't canter out of their TV on a unicorn.

I really hope that Robo Cop is in this commercial because for some reason S. Korea has an affinity for Robo Cop or they just got the original in the movie theatre. otherwise, this commercial makes no sense.

Of course, I couldn't say anything on AICN because Herc (or someone) had a hissy fit and banned me after over a decade of posting there, but hey-- It's not like the site is doing that well, anyway. You could say it sold out worse than Robocop, here.
The Japanese have a way of taking things we Americans like and making them really, really goofy.
